organization, is designed to provide new and aspiring emergency management professionals

with valuable insights into current and future trends in the field, essential skillsets for success,

and practical advice for navigating their careers. The event features a keynote address by

Stephanie DeLorenzo, an esteemed author and emergency manager, followed by an engaging

panel discussion with experts from diverse backgrounds, including tribal community emergency

management. The event will close out with a closing keynote speaker - Former FEMA Region 5
